How to Create a New Warm-Up/Cool-Down


Creating a warm-up or cool-down in Funxtion Interactive is simple. Follow these steps:

1. Access New Warm-Up/Cool-Down Page:
    • Go to Funxtion Interactive > Workouts > New warming up / cooling down page (see page below).
2. Fill Out the Form:
    • Name: Give your warm-up or cool-down a descriptive name.
    • Type: Specify whether it's a warm-up or cool-down.
    • Workout Type: Choose the format (RFT, AMRAP, Circuit, EMOM) for your sequence.
    • Description: Add any additional information if needed.
3. Select Exercises:
    • Choose exercises suitable for your warm-up or cool-down based on the selected format.
    • Adjust as needed; changes will clear the current exercise selection.
4. Set Time or Intervals:
    • Define the time requirements or work/rest intervals depending on the chosen workout type.
5. Save Your Creation:
    • Click "Save". Your warm-up or cool-down will be added to the respective list automatically.
6. Attach to a Workout:
    • To link your warm-up or cool-down to a workout, go to the corresponding section and click "+ Add warming up" or "+ Add cooling down".
    • Select from the Library dropdown to attach the sequence.

By following these steps, you can efficiently create and integrate warm-ups or cool-downs into your workout routines.
