Users: How to Delete a User

Keep your user base tidy. Learn how to delete old users.

As your team shifts and evolves, it may be necessary to revoke access to certain team members. Here we briefly explain how you can delete existing users. 

1. Once you are logged in, go to Management > Users. 
2. Click on the user you would like a delete. The side-panel will open. 
3. Click on the "Delete" button, located at the bottom of the side-panle. Confirm your decision to delete.  

Note that user deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed. You may, however, re-invite the user. They would then be able to start their user journey from scratch.
