Restore account access in just a few clicks
In the event that you have forgotten the password of your Funxtion platform account, we've made it easy to restore access, so you can pick up where you left off.
Follow these steps to regain access.
- Go to your log-in page and locate the "Forgot Password?" link (see image on the right).
- You will arrive at the Lost password page. Here you can submit the email of your account.
- If your email is known to us, you will receive an email with a link that will take you to a password reset page.
What if I didn't receive an email?
If you used our account recovery form and didn't receive an email, first check your spam. It could be that it landed there.
If nothing landed, it might be that the the email submitted through the recovery is not known to us, and you may have an account under a different email.
