      I used an Ethernet splitter, but it's not working. What should I do?

      Ethernet splitters are not suitable for our system because they are not powered devices and result in a significantly weakened connection, causing loading circles on the Brightsign players and no blinking lights on the ethernet ports.
      • Solution: Use an Ethernet switch instead of a splitter. Ethernet switches are powered devices that maintain the connection speed and power, ensuring a stable connection for your Virtual Player/MSS system.
        • Example of an Ethernet switch: Netgear GS305 V3.
        • A good Ethernet switch typically costs between 25-35 EUR. A basic model like the one linked above is sufficient for our MSS clients.
        • Setup: Plug the Ethernet cable into the input port of the switch, and connect all other devices using the additional ports on the switch.
