Regular Workout Creation FAQ

- For RFT and AMRAP, all exercises display simultaneously.
- For Circuit workouts, exercises for the current round display.
What is the maximum number of exercises that can be displayed?
- Up to 8 exercises, in a 4x2 grid. We recommend a maximum of 6 for better visibility.
Why does only one circuit play on my tablet?
- The Virtual Player supports multiple rounds within one circuit but not multiple circuits.
Does the blue box about supported formats apply to me?
- No, it references old legacy instructions. Remember:
- Max of 8 exercises per round (recommended 6).
- One circuit can have multiple rounds, but only one circuit per workout.
I have created the workout on the "New workout" page, but it was supposed to be an "MSS". Can I change it without losing the content I have created?
- No, unfortunately, we do not have this feature yet. If you wish to create an "MSS", you must switch to the MSS page (see image below).
