In this article we will walk you through the steps to set-up schedules to automatically start virtual classes on your Virtual Player/Multi Screen.
1. Access Locations List
- Navigate to the "Locations List" section.
- Use the search bar to locate the specific location by name.
2. Open Schedule Options
- On the right side of the location name, click the clock icon.
3. Add a New Schedule
- Select "+Add Schedule". This will bring up a new page with scheduling options.
4. Configure Schedule Details
- Select orientation: Select landscape orientation (left/right arrow) if you have a Virtual Player or MultiScreen set-up. Select portrait (up/down arrow) if you have a FES (Funxtion Experience Station)
- Select Player: Choose the player where the class will be displayed. If you have multiple players in your facility be mindful of choosing the correct player.
- Select Training: Pick the desired virtual class you would like to schedule
Note: The duration & category filters will help narrow down your virtual class selection. For example, setting duration to "0-20 minutes" and the category to 'Strength' will only show classes in the 'Select Training' field within the strength category with a duration between 0-20 minutes.
5. Set Frequency
- Single Occurrence ("Once"): Schedule the class to play only once at the specified time.
- Intervals ("Multi"): Set up an interval schedule in minutes (e.g., every 60 minutes) for the class to play at regular intervals.
- Days: Select one or multiple days you would like this class to be played
- Start Time: Select the time you want the class to start.
Please note the start time is in a 24hr format
6. Save the Schedule
- Click "Add" to save and activate the scheduled workout.
7. Add another
- To create another schedule for a different class simply repeat all the above steps from step 3 onwards.
