How to Resolve a Frozen or Unresponsive Control Panel

    • Verify that the USB cable is securely connected between the ProDVX Master Player and the control panel.

    • Reboot the Control Panel: Power off the control panel, wait for a few seconds, and then power it back on.

    • Check Network Status: Ensure that your network is functioning properly and that other devices connected to the same network are working.
    • Restart Network Equipment: Power off your router and any network switches, wait a few seconds, and then power them back on.
    • Test Network Connection: Use a laptop or other device to verify that the internet connection is working.
