The issue may resolve itself once the connection stabilizes. However, if the flickering persists, follow these steps:
- Unplug and replug your Ethernet router or switch.
- Reboot your system.
- Try playing the class again to see if the problem is resolved.

If the issue continues, follow these steps:
- Connect the Ethernet cable from the BrightSign player directly to a laptop (ensure the laptop's Wi-Fi is turned off).
- If the laptop receives an internet connection, the problem may be with the player.
