How to Fix Screen Flickering During Exercises

Screen flickering during an exercise is often a sign of an unstable internet connection.

Solution:

  1. The issue may resolve itself once the connection stabilizes. However, if the flickering persists, follow these steps:

    • Unplug and replug your Ethernet router or switch.
    • Reboot your system.
    • Try playing the class again to see if the problem is resolved.
  2. If the issue continues, follow these steps:

    • Connect the Ethernet cable from the BrightSign player directly to a laptop (ensure the laptop's Wi-Fi is turned off).
    • If the laptop receives an internet connection, the problem may be with the player.
