If you can’t hear the music you uploaded to the workout, check if the file is in a compatible format (it must be MP3). Unsupported formats won’t play. Also, make sure the TV volume is turned up.
Check if the HDMI Cable is properly connected. The HDMI Cable is responsible for video and audio transmission between the player and the TV. A loose or faulty HDMI connection could result in no sound.
