Use this article when a workout, virtual class or content item is not visible on the player, appears in the wrong location, or does not start at the expected time.
Most visibility issues are caused by one of these settings:
the content is not active
the content is assigned to the wrong location
the content is assigned to the wrong player
the schedule is incorrect or expired
Before making changes, check the following:
the content is set to Active
the content is assigned to the correct location
the content is assigned to the correct player, if player-level assignment is used
Log in to Funxtion Interactive.
Find the missing workout, virtual class or content item.
Check whether the content is set to Active.
Open the assignment settings.
Select the correct location or player.
Save the changes.
Check the player again after it has refreshed.
If content is still visible after it has been removed, it may still be assigned somewhere else.
Confirm that the content has been deleted or is no longer active in the Funxtion CMS.
Save any changes.
Allow the player time to refresh.
Reload the FXGYM Multiscreen control tablet, if used.
If standard Funxtion workouts are still visible, check whether they are still assigned through a location, player or content package.
Use this section when content is visible but does not start, starts at the wrong time or starts on the wrong player.
Before changing the schedule, check that:
The schedule was saved
The content is active
The correct tab is selected: Virtual Classes or Workouts
The correct player and content are selected
The start date and start time are correct
The frequency is correct
The schedule has not expired
The interval is longer than the content duration, if interval scheduling is used
Go to Schedule in Funxtion Interactive.
Select Virtual Classes or Workouts.
Open the existing schedule or select Add schedule.
Check the selected player and content.
Check the frequency, start date and start time.
Check the end date, if used.
Save the schedule.
Check the player again after it has refreshed.

Save the changes.
Start times are shown in 24-hour format.
This is especially important for locations with multiple players or an FXGYM Multiscreen setup.

Check the selected location.
Check the selected player.
Select the correct player.
Save the schedule.
Test again after the player has refreshed.
If scheduled content still does not work correctly, check that:

The correct player and content are selected
The start date and start time are correct
The frequency is correct
The schedule has not expired
The player has refreshed
